Alaves is close to losing Moussa Diarra again. The Maliense defender, who does not fit into Quique Sánchez Flores' plans, is targeting Le Havre, a club that has been negotiating with the blue-and-white entity for several days to incorporate the player for the upcoming season. Diarra has a contract with the Vitorian team until June 2028, but his lack of prominence in the new project forces him to look for a way out. Last season, he played the second half on loan at Anderlecht and now could return to France, where he developed most of his career before signing with Alaves two summers ago. The conversations continue open and the formula of the operation still needs to be concretized. The options pass through a new loan, a transfer or a contract rescission agreed upon. Le Havre, 14th in the last Ligue 1, knows well the left-back, formed and consolidated in Toulouse, so his adaptation to the French championship would be practically immediate. Alaves currently occupies the 17th position in the League, with 33 points, 8 wins, 9 draws and 14 losses in 31 games, and a goal difference of -11. The team is also 46 points behind the League leaders, Barcelona. Their next fixture is against Getafe in a league match.
