Baskonia-Alavés Group has renewed its sponsorship deals with BCD Sports and Halcón Viajes for the 2026-27 season. This extension marks the fourth consecutive year of a partnership that covers all teams under the group's umbrella, including Kosner Baskonia and the Deportivo Alavés first team.

The agreement was signed at the group's offices with Roberto Polanco, business director of Baskonia-Alavés, and representatives from the sponsoring companies in attendance. Financial details of the contract were not disclosed, but the group emphasised the partnership is entering a new phase with a stronger strategic focus.

Roberto Polanco highlighted the value of having long-term partners. "For Saski Baskonia and Deportivo Alavés it is very important to have companies that understand our projects and want to be part of them in the long term," the executive said.

For BCD Sports, national director Noemí Nieto stated the aim is to "identify synergies that contribute to the growth and positioning of the organisations, both nationally and internationally." The collaboration will seek to develop new business lines and projects of mutual interest.

Halcón Viajes will maintain its connection with the fans of both clubs through exclusive benefits for supporters. Urtzi Nabea, the company's zone manager for Araba and Bizkaia, was present at the renewal signing.

This commercial backing arrives during a positive spell on the pitch for Deportivo Alavés. The team sits sixth in La Liga with 11 points from seven games, showing recent form of two wins, one draw, and two defeats. Their next fixture is a high-stakes encounter against second-placed Atlético Madrid on October 10th.

The continuity of these sponsors provides a pillar of stability for the group's sporting project. With the league team performing solidly, this strategic alliance aims to bring resources and synergies to tackle the challenges of the season, which include hosting Atlético at the Estadio Mendizorroza.
